Day 353 - Friday, April 14th: Yesterday, we failed to introduce you again to David and Diane, our hosts for the next few days.  We were tied to the dock in their back yard, and this time they were at home.  Here they are in their lanai:

This morning, David and Dianne took us to St. Augustine in their van to do some shopping and let Ruth get a haircut.

Ruth had been miserable since the last stylist argued about how she wanted her hair ("The customer is always wrong," was the stylist's motto).

However, our first stop was at the "Bunnery," a great bakery and sandwich shop in the old town of St. Augustine.  We all enjoyed a cinnamon bun on the way to the hair salon.

While Ruth got clipped, the rest of the party stopped at a couple of stores for various items, then back to get Ruth.  She was very happy with this haircut (it did look better):

We took the scenic route back to the Hay's, stopping at a local fishmonger to get a box of fresh oysters as part of supper.  Once back at the house/boat, Ruth and Dianne went to the local Publix for more supplies for supper.

We had supper on the Hay's back patio, in the lanai, by the pool.  Their next-door neighbors, Ken and Val, joined us.  They own and run a charter service of Latigo, their 60-foot Matthews motor yacht.  It was a fun time discussing boats, cruising, chartering and all things nautical.  Here are Capt. Ken and Capt. Val:

    And dinner was delicious!
