Day 341 - A day on the St. John's River and back

    Day 341 - Sunday, April 2nd: Gerry and Linda arrived in the late morning as planned.  We all went to the nearby Publix and had a custom sub sandwich made for each of us, and took them back to the boat.  We got underway and headed out the Ortega River into the St. Johns River - a short run - and cruised around.  Gerry did most of the driving, and looked quite like a captain (he has had many miles of cruising as a skipper).

    Meanwhile, Linda seemed to enjoy the day as well:

    It was a beautiful day for cruising.  We ate the gourmet Publix subs sort of late, and none of us were hungry for supper.  Instead, we head heavy hors d'ourvres and heavy rum.  Gerry seemed to enjoy the rum most (he's going to kill us for posting this picture, but the other one we took was worse):

    All in all we had a fun day, and made plans for breakfast tomorrow, then a package pickup -- hopefully.
