Day 339 - Friday, March 31st: We were up early this morning just in time to say goodbye to Summertime.  They were anxious to get going on their trip up the St. Johns River; they'd learned of a deadline that made them need to be up the coast before April 13th.

So they backed out of their slip…

…and headed out into the Ortega River:

We had hopes of catching up with them in a few days, but they were getting a three-day start.

We spent much of the day cleaning the boat.  Ruth did some waxing while Bill polished metalwork.  We had visitors coming tomorrow, and the boat was due for some cleaning.

Later we walked to the nearby mall and did some shopping.  We spotted this bumper sticker in the parking lot and got a chuckle out of it:

We called the River City Marina again, and Ruth's package still had not come.  Maybe Monday.

Supper on board alone was sort of a recent rarity, but a nice change of pace.

Position tonight: N30 16.500 W081 42.944
