Day 250: Sunday, January1st: Happy New Year!  We took the Brown's borrowed car and drove over to the beach on Anna Maria Island.  The Gulf was a beautiful light green color.  It was windy but nice.  A strong cold front was coming this afternoon, however.

Later, we met Stef, Robin and Roy (Dream Catcher V) at a twenty-theatre movie house in Bradenton.  Roy saw "King Kong" (gave it a "10" for special effects), and the rest of saw the newest Harry Potter movie.  When we came out it was raining VERY hard; the cold front was roaring through.  We drove back to the boat arriving about the time the rain stopped.

We had eaten so much popcorn at the movie that we weren't hungry for supper, so just snacked a bit.
