Day 21, Thursday, April 28th.  The part arrived -- but with the help of an excellent local marine mechanic, Steve Lewis, owner of Sea Pupp, Inc, we discovered there were some needle roller bearings that can't be easily removed from the old casting.  Bill did not order new ones, so we're back to square one.  Steve ordered an entire new windlass from his supplier in Norfolk, VA.  Due in tomorrow.
