Day 166: Saturday, October 1st: We arrived at the site of the America's Great Loop Cruisers Association (AGLCA) Fall Rendezvous yesterday, but didn't have a chance to get any pictures. We were at the marina at Joe Wheeler State Park on the Tennessee River near Rogersville, AL. The Park has a lodge, restaurant, swimming pool, campground, marina, nearby golf course, tennis courts, hiking trails, etc., and is ideal for a rendezvous such as ours.

The lodge is lovely with a unique architecture. This is the front of the wing of rooms:

This is the wing that houses a large meeting room (ground floor), the dining room (second floor and up):

We took most of today cleaning the boat. We took the canvas covers off the teak railings and drew many compliments regarding the beauty of Integrity. We were like proud parents. Integrity was tucked in her berth between a 53-foot Carver and a 47-foot Symbol:

The swimming pool had just been winterized and covered (it was 89 degrees today). This is looking over the pool toward the "500 Dock" full of AGLCA Loopers:

More boats were moored along the dock that ran in front of the dining room wing. Integrity is in there somewhere:

Over there was "600 Dock" and more Loopers. Yes, all these boats are here for the rendezvous:

There was an impromptu "potluck" supper on the patio tonight with fantastic dishes offered by the Loopers. This really is a fun group!

We then headed back to our boat for some sleep. Tomorrow would be another cleaning day with some grocery shopping included.
