6900 Hunters Knoll Remodel Project

August 4th

We got mo' concrete!

We have new footings for the
new back wall! You can see the
cinder blocks stacked that will
be used to build the 22' new
back wall of the family room.
Here you can see the pile of
blocks and (behind it and to
the right) the sand; tomorrow
those will (hopefully) be
converted into a wall. The
wall in the center of the
picture remains (costs more
to demolish than to leave it).
This view is from the garage
looking across the back of the
addition. At the far side of
the yard you can see the 4'x4'
pad that will form the base of
the 72' motor-driven ham radio
tower.
This view is a little closer.
The 4' x 4' by 7' hole is now
nicely filled with 6+ yards of
concrete and re-bar; can the
tower be far behind?
