This was almost a drive-by. Ignoring the instructions we parked very nearby. Neatly hidden, Rich found it.
This was what I meant by "3+" above...
We started out to do this one but it was SOOOOO complex we decided to abandon after finding the set of numbers at location 2; looks like we could spend all afternoon to get to all four locations -- and then get credit for only a single cache. Maybe another day...
Pretty clever instructions but that's what we've learned to expect from Eric.
