Found the "Midtown Rest Stop"
spot easily but didn't have the printout with us so we didn't put hands on the cache itself. Gotta go back sometime.
Went on to find the "Morningside Cache"but it had apparently been removed. One of the hazards, I guess. But what a peaceful spot. Worth a visit as a virtual.
Tried for "Candler Park aka Silly Cache"but couldn't find it either. Reading the materials it seems it's been removed. Gotta read first I'm thinking.
We also visited the jumping-off point for "Hobo Highway"but judged the terrain (and the description) too rough for our clothing today.
Today brings my "found caches" count to ONE; pretty inauspicious beginning..
