Esmeralda Rally IV -- Spring, 1971 Boy, this is a lot of work!  We decided to take the Fall off and set the fourth Esmeralda Rally for May 9, 1971.  But there was one small problem: The owners of the Esmeralda Inn (their name was "Overcash" and they were ironically named..) decided to triple the price for our little group.  We just couldn't stand that, so the site for the fourth Esmeralda Rally was the Smith House in Dahlonega, GA.  The rally course was only 90 minutes long and the price was $25.00 per couple.  The movie (part of our continuing Steve McQueen film festival) was The Thomas Crown Affair.
