John & Sally Sullivan's 1975 Corvette

    I bought this '75 in 1986 and it looked horrible. The car was in one piece but a total restoration would be necessary. I took my time and slowly started my restoration. My wife, Sally, said she would not be seen in the car until it was fixed up. Well, after four years it was great and, guess what -- she wanted it for herself. So I put it in her name and now she loves it.

    We both use it occasionally since we now each have a newer one -- but our 24 year-old daughter, Lynn, says it needs to be hers now.

    This car has no future except in our family. We all enjoy car shows and traveling in it to them. This car was never meant to be a trailer queen.
