Our '99 Torch Red Coupe was purchased from an individual in March of 2000 in Kansas City, MO. With only 3800 miles on the odometer it was like a dream come true for us to find such a beautiful Corvette with all of the options we desired and at a great price. I had to know why he was selling his Corvette, his answer "I have to take delivery of my 2000, and I don't have room for both". When our transaction was complete I even drove him in our 99 to pick up his 2000 that looked just like the one he just sold me, except for the
wheels and HUD.
We are very excited to have the opportunity to be part of the historic event representing all of the 1999 Corvettes. As the alternate we are just waiting, but given the opportunity -- we will be there.
