    Our story
    Our '64 Satin Silver Roadster was purchased in 1998 from VIP Classics in San Diego. It had just completed a body-off restoration by a chap in Texas who, unfortunately, passed away (not IN the car, thank goodness) after putting only 350 miles on it. It's a matching numbers car with both a hard and soft top. It also has the pretty rare factory air-conditioning (which will come in handy on the Motorama next June!) and knockoff wheels.

    Since we'd never driven her more than a few miles we felt it best to have her thoroughly checked out before embarking on a nearly 1,000 mile trip. Jody Gregg of Speed Hound Racing & Performance graciously agreed to look her over. Thankfully, she received a clean bill of health and is ready to go! We are so excited to be part of this historic event!
