Sunday, June 11th -- Heathrow/Felixstowe

Believe it or not, we all arrived safely at Heathrow Airport today (actually a couple of us arrived early) but we all gathered at Heathrow Terminal 1 just before 5pm to board the 44 passenger coach to Felixstowe.

Jackie & Buzz Nielsen made it!

..and a whole lot of miscellaneous milling about!

So we loaded the whole mob and about 10,000lbs of luggage (and remember, most of us packed the C5s before shipping them!) aboard the Coach to Felixstowe.

The coach ride from Heathrow to Felixstowe took just about three hours (with a sidetrip to rescue Harry & Marie Cromwell's luggage). We arrived at The Brook Hotel in Felixstowe.

The first thing we saw in front of the hotel was Roger & Nina Gossett's C5 (they'd picked up their car a few days earlier).

We had a lovely dinner and spent several hours planning the rest of the trip.
