Here's Bruce starting the process; the sway bar has already been swung down out of the way. As you can see, to add a handicap to the process, we left the ramps on the lift. Anyone can take the old mufflers out if you don't have ramps in the way....
Nah, we gave up and removed the ramps... Those with sharp eyes will notice that the C5 had to be moved forward an inch to get the ramps off. That's accomplished by climbing, entering and pushing.
There are now two adjustments for levelling the tips (used to be only one) so there were lots of adjustment cycles. Here's Bruce with the finished product:
These tips look awesome! Biggest advantage (it seems to me) is it makes unnecessary any kind of decorative plate between the tips.
