Bill Harris' Corsa Touring Pro Series Installation

Bill Harris' Corsa Touring Pro Series Installation

March 16, 2004

Bill just traded in his 2001 Pewter Coupe on a 2004 Spiral Gray Metallic Coupe.  While the stock '04 exhaust sounded really nice, he'd always wanted a Corsa system.

Bill and friend John arrived at noon with the car and John's pickup loaded with the familiar two boxes from Corsa.  And, shortly thereafter, friends Rich Wolf and Pete Butler arrived to "help".

Here's John and Bill doing the "hard part" removing the stock exhaust (after unhinging the roll bar and swinging it down out of the way):

It's a good idea to put the removed hardware in a safe place (like on top of the lift tracks on the side of the car where you took 'em off:

Well, the old exhaust is off:

See, Pete (left) and Rich (right) were LOTS of help:

To put the anti-seize compound on the custom Corsa clamps, it helps to have a really strong guy (John) along to compress 'em:

And, in due course, it's done!
