Sometimes it's hard to make a purchase of something so personal as a piece of jewelry by simply seeing a picture of it, and I want you to be 100% satisfied. So, if any BarrNone/Beady Eyes piece is not to your satisfaction, contact me within fourteen days of purchase and I will exchange it or refund the purchase price. And each piece is always quality guaranteed for repair or replacement against breakage.
WRAP
Each creation from BarrNone Studio comes wrapped in tissue and in its own organza bag, tied with a coordinating ribbon. If you'd like your purchase in a box with gift-wrap, that service is available for $4.00 for most items.
CUSTOM WORK
Custom orders are always welcome. Many of my designs can be adapted in another color combination, modified in size (length, number of strands, etc.), add special details, or even shape (prefer triangles to circles or squares?) I'm always willing to work with you to create the perfect piece, made uniquely for you. And getting it just right is easy with email and digital pictures!
For custom orders, send an with a brief description of your request and the best way to reach you by phone (give times and phone number) so we can discuss your exact requirements. Due to the special nature of custom orders, 50% payment is required in advance and the remainder is due when work is complete.
