    The Thirtieth Annual Four Freshmen Society Convention and Reunion will be held
    August 17 - 19, 2017 in Dayton Ohio at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Dayton.

    You may use this form to register for the Convention on-line and pay by American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa; should you wish to register by mail and send a check instead, click HERE to print the mail-in form.

    This form is for registering for the Convention itself; to make your hotel reservations online, click Hotel Reservations or call them at (937) 224-0800 and ask for the Four Freshmen Society rate.

        There are two wonderful optional events on Friday:

        National Museum of the US Air Force ($42 each )

        Carillon Historic Park and Carillon Brewing Company ($49 each )

        NOTE: Because of scheduling conflicts, you won't be able to go on both the National Museum of the US Air Force and the Carillon Historic Park tour.  Sorry..

        Since the Jam Session time is limited, we will need your song,
        key and instrument so we can be ready for you.

        For the two meals/concerts (Friday and Saturday night), seating location will be made strictly based upon when your Registration form is received. There will be eight people per table.  We encourage mixed seating to allow all members to meet and make new friends; however, if you prefer to sit with family or friends, your table location will not be set until ALL of your group's Registration forms have been received.  The received date of the Last person in your group determines your table location.  The person initially requesting the table is responsible for tracking his group.  If we have not heard from everyone in your table group, by August 1, 2017, it will only include those who have Registered.  The missing unregistered people will be assigned to another table upon receipt of their Registration.

        Please use the box to the right for the names of other FreshFans with whom you'd like to be seated.  And let them know to do the same thing on their Registration form!
